These terms govern your use of steppysteppy.com and the Steppy Steppy game hosted on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

steppysteppy.com is operated by Jake Graham Arnold ("we", "us"). You can reach us at Info@steppysteppy.com.

2. Using the site

Steppy Steppy is free to play. You may play it as much as you like for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. No account is required and we do not charge for anything.

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or any server it runs on; use automated systems to access the site in a way that places unreasonable load on it; interfere with the advertising on the site, including by clicking adverts artificially or encouraging others to do so; or redistribute the game as your own work.

3. Intellectual property

The Steppy Steppy game — its source code, its characters, its artwork, its audio and the written content of this site — is our original work and remains our property. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, host or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

You are welcome to link to this site, write about it, stream it or record video of yourself playing it.

4. Advertising

This site is supported by advertising served by Google and its partners. We choose where advertising appears on our pages, but we do not choose which individual adverts you are shown, and we do not endorse advertised products or services.

Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. If you are shown an advert you believe is inappropriate for a site with a family audience, please tell us at Info@steppysteppy.com.
