What to write about

• Bugs and technical problems. Please say which browser and device you were using and what you were doing when it went wrong.
• Privacy requests and questions. Anything about the data this site does or doesn't handle, including requests under GDPR, UK GDPR, COPPA or CCPA.
• Parents and guardians. If you have a question or concern about your child's use of this site, write to the same address and say so in the subject line.
• Advertising complaints. If you were shown an advert that seemed inappropriate on a site aimed at a family audience, please tell us. Include a screenshot if you can — the adverts are served by Google and we do not choose them individually, but we can report them.
• Anything else. Feedback on the game is genuinely welcome.

Response times

This is a small independent project rather than a company, so replies are not instant. We aim to respond to all email within five working days, and to privacy requests within the timeframes the applicable law requires.
